退款政策
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order after receiving it. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptional/non returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific products, please contact us.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the required items is to return the items you own. Once the return is accepted, please purchase the new items separately.
